Youth Connections Bridge is a Czech non-profit organizing Erasmus+ youth exchanges and training courses — grounded in children's rights, human rights, and inclusion.
Before the first call
We are putting our first exchanges together
Youth Connections Bridge is a young organisation. The projects, the partners and the funding are being arranged now, and nothing is open to apply to yet. When the first call goes out, the people on our list hear first.
What we do
Four ways we connect young people
Everything we run is free for participants and funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union.
Youth exchanges
Week-long international meetups (ages 13–30) where young people from several countries learn together through games, workshops, and adventure — no classrooms involved.
Training courses
Courses for youth workers, volunteers, and educators (18+) who want practical tools — from child safeguarding to inclusive facilitation.
European partnerships
We partner with schools, non-profits, and municipalities across Europe to build projects and open access to European grants.
Mentoring & youth work
We prepare our participants before every project and stay with them after it — reflection, Youthpass, and next steps.
How it works
From "sounds cool" to boarding a train
Your first Erasmus+ project is easier than you think.
Pick a project
Browse open calls, check the dates, age range, and countries — every project page tells you exactly what to expect.
Apply online
A short application — about 3 minutes. If you're under 18, we'll guide you and your parents through the consent step.
Get ready with us
Once selected, you get the full infopack, a preparation call, and help booking travel the green way.
Go — and get reimbursed
Food and accommodation are covered. After the project, upload your tickets and we reimburse your travel up to the Erasmus+ limit.
